COMPLETE the reservation form and send with a 30% deposit. The balance to be paid ONE MONTH BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. If this is not received within this time we reserve the right to retain your deposit and take new booking.

CANCELLATIONS. Should you have to cancel your holiday you must advise us by Registered post immediately. Cost are as follows.

Up to 60 days prior to your stay 35 Euros
Up to 30days prior to your stay 30% (your deposit)
Less than 30 days prior to your stay 100 %.

NOT INCLUDED in the rental costs are Electricity and the Taxe de Sejour wich based on 2005 is 0.77 to 0.94 Euros per person per day.
Linen is not included but can be provided at a cost of 15 Euros per week for a set of sheets and two towels. Should you require a cot this is also available at a cost of 10 euros per week.

CLEANING of the villa at the end of the stay is the client responsibility and we very much hope you will leave it as you found it. If you prefer to have final cleaning carried out for you please let us know in advance and this can be arranged at a cost of 16 Euros per room.

INVENTORY DEPOSIT.
An inventory deposit to protect against breakages/damage etc is payable on receipt of the key. 300 Euros to 500 Euros according to villa. This is returned to you by post a week after your departure.
Extra persons or domestic animals must have prior authorisation
